Attorney Tyson is a dedicated trial attorney based in La Jolla, San Diego, serving clients throughout Southern California.
Attorney Tyson has operated his own firm since 1995 and focuses primarily on employment law, fraud, medical malpractice, personal injury, and wrongful death cases.
When the COVID-19 pandemic arrived, Attorney Tyson defended medical freedom for healthcare workers and patients alike. He represented physicians in licensing board inquires to protect freedom of speech and patient informed consent, and brought a lawsuit against Twitter for the unconstitional censorship of prominent physicians which settled after the service was acquired by Elon Musk and rebranded as X.
Attorney Tyson also pioneered new legal claims against hospitals for the wrongful death of patients by fraudulently concealing early treatment options for COVID-19, and for wrongfully terminating employees who declined COVID-19 vaccination.
With the pandemic behind us, Attorney Tyson continues to work in his core practice areas, as well as breaking ground on vaccine injury cases.
Outside of work, Attorney Tyson enjoys sports and spending time with his two sons.
